Funding News

Hi Colleagues

The following maybe of interest to member groups (taken couRtesy of Co. Armagh (Orange) Community Development Association.

The Irish Youth Foundation are inviting community and voluntary groups in Northern Ireland working with children and young people who are marginalised or at risk to apply for grants.

Application forms are available during October and November and grant awards are made the following May. Organisations in Northern Ireland may apply for grants of up to £5,000.

They provide funding for a wide range of projects including: Youth Work, Educational, cultural & social activities and Cross-community initiatives

The grants can be used to extend an existing activity, to purchase equipment, to improve organisational capacity or to try something new and different. For more information please visit the website: www.iyf.org.uk
